Introduction
This guide will explain how to accept an invitation and create a NordPass Account for business. NordPass for business organization owners and admins can invite other team members to the organization.
Here's what to do
How to join with a new account
- Open the invitation email and select the "Create account" button:
- Follow the instructions to download and set up the NordPass extension.
- After installation, or if you already have the extension in your browser, take a moment to review how NordPass employs dual passwords to safeguard your data. Proceed by pressing the "ok, got it!" button to confirm that you acknowledge this.
- Create your account password, accept the Terms of Service, and click the "continue" button.
Note: If your organization has implemented single sign-on, you do not need to create a separate password. Instead, you can use your Google, Microsoft, or Okta account.
- Create your NordPass Master Password and proceed by clicking the "Create Master Password" button.
- After these steps are done, your NordPass business account is created and ready to be used.

- If your organization enforces MFA (Multi-factor Authentication), follow our guide to set it up.
- Afterward, enter your account password and click on the "Continue" button.
- After completing these steps, your personal account will be changed to a business account.
Additional Tips
- Reusing the same password is a bad security practice. Make sure your Master Password is different from your account password.
