Introduction
The Master Password is the key to your vault that you're prompted to create when you initially sign up for your NordPass account. The Master Password is never shared with us and is only known by you.
To access your secure vault, you need to log in to your Nord Account and unlock your vault with your Master Password. No data stored in your NordPass account can be accessed without your Master Password.

Additional tips
- Do not share your Master Password with anyone.
- We will never ask you for your Master password.
- Avoid reusing the same password; we also highly recommend that your Master Password be unique.
- Keep in mind that you’ll be using this password regularly, so make sure it’s memorable.
