Introduction
This article shows how to log in to NordPass using Single Sign-On (SSO). Different SSO options are prompted only when logging in on a new browser or device, or when you are logged out from an active Business Account session.
Here's what to do
- Go to the NordPass Business login page.
- Choose whether you want to log in to the NordPass app, Web Vault, or Admin Panel.
- Enter your email address and select “Continue”.
- Select one of these buttons: “Continue with Microsoft”, “Continue with Google”, or “Continue with Okta” according to your needs, and proceed with authentication.
- Once authentication is successful, you will be redirected to NordPass and asked to enter your Master Password.
Additional tips
- Okta Single Sign-On is only prompted when required, such as on new devices or after a session expires.
- An active session lasts up to 30 days on the same browser or device.
Note: Session time may differ based on what your company administrator chose during setup.
