Introduction

This article shows how to log in to NordPass using Single Sign-On (SSO). Different SSO options are prompted only when logging in on a new browser or device, or when you are logged out from an active Business Account session.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Go to the NordPass Business login page.
  2. Choose whether you want to log in to the NordPass app, Web Vault, or Admin Panel.
  3. Enter your email address and select “Continue”.
  4. Select one of these buttons: “Continue with Microsoft”, “Continue with Google”, or “Continue with Okta” according to your needs, and proceed with authentication.
  5. Once authentication is successful, you will be redirected to NordPass and asked to enter your Master Password.

 

Additional tips

  • Okta Single Sign-On is only prompted when required, such as on new devices or after a session expires.
  • An active session lasts up to 30 days on the same browser or device.
    Note: Session time may differ based on what your company administrator chose during setup.
