How to log in to NordPass

Introduction

This guide will show you how to log in to your NordPass account.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Open NordPass application, extension, or Web Vault.
  2. Enter your email address and select the "Continue" button:


     
  3. Sign in to your Nord account, and verify your identity via 2-step verification:


     
  4. If MFA is enabled, enter the code displayed on your Authenticator application or use the Security key option, and select the "Continue" button:


     
  5. Afterward, select the “Use the Master Password” button:


     
  6. Next, enter your Master your Master Password and select the "Unlock NordPass" button:



    Note: Your Nord Account password lets you sign in to Nord Account, which then gives you access to NordPass. Your Master Password is separate—it's what unlocks your NordPass vault so you can view and use your saved passwords and other items.
     
  7. Alternatively, if biometric login is enabled on your iOS, Windows, Android, or macOS device, you can select "Unlock with biometrics" and use your fingerprint, face recognition, or PIN code to confirm you're the account owner:


     
  8. Once these steps are completed, you will successfully log in to your NordPass account.
