NordPass version 7.0.33 is now live for Windows, macOS, Linux, Web Vault, Chrome-based browsers, and Safari. Please note that the Firefox extension is not affected by the issues described below and is not included in this update.
If you are experiencing any authorization header or login issues, please make sure to update your desktop app or the extension to the latest version, or, in the case of Web Vault, simply reload the page. If you still see version 7.0.33 on Web Vault, you may need to clear your browser cache before the update becomes visible.
If you continue to experience these problems, try the following steps:
- Reinstall the app or extension (a clean reinstall works best).
- If the issue continues, locate the NordPass application logs and send them to our Customer Success team.
- If the issue continues, send your app logs to support@nordpass.com - this will help us to investigate your specific issue.
- For Authorization Header errors, try this workaround:
- Select “Switch Account” → “Use another account”.
- Log in again with the same email.
- Unlocking with biometrics or the Master Password should then work normally.
