How to contact NordPass customer support team

Introduction

NordPass provides 24/7 customer support via live chat and emails to help you set it up, troubleshoot, bill, and answer any additional questions you may have about NordPass and its services.   1. Go to our Support Center and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  2. Choose your preferred contact method:
    • Under “Live chat,” you will be asked to input your name, NordPass account email, and account type (personal or business), after which you will contact our chatbot. If the chatbot cannot solve your inquiry, you will contact one of the NordPass agents. This contact method is the fastest way to get help regarding NordPass and is available 24/7.
    • "Email us", you will be asked to pick an account type (personal or business). Next, enter your email address, describe your inquiry, select your request type, and, if possible, include screenshots with your inquiry. After you press “Submit,” the email will be sent, and when our support team answers your email, it will be sent to your inbox
