How to purchase a NordPass business plan

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to get NordPass Business, switch from a personal NordPass account to a business plan, start a free trial, and choose the best purchasing option for your organization.

NordPass Business provides a secure, easy-to-use platform for employees to store, access, and share work passwords, secure notes, and more.

Before you start

  • Decide whether to start a free 14-day NordPass Business trial, contact Sales, or use self-checkout.
  • If you have a personal account and wish to purchase or start a trial in the EU data center, you will have to delete your Nord Account first, as personal accounts are stored in the US, and cross-data center transfers are not available.
  • Determine how many member licenses you need (you can increase this amount anytime).

Here’s how to

Purchase via self-checkout

  1. Head to our business pricing page.
  2. Select your subscription duration from the options on the left.
  3. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and click “Purchase now”.
  4. Proceed with purchasing. You can increase the number of licenses at any time.

Switch from a personal NordPass account to a Business plan

To switch from a personal plan to a business plan, you would first need to refund and cancel your subscription, then proceed to purchase a business plan.

Subscriptions do not cancel automatically, and funds will not transfer from personal to business accounts.

  1. Purchase a NordPass Business plan using your current NordPass account email.
  2. After purchase, your account will automatically switch to a NordPass Business account.
  3. Your existing items in your personal NordPass vault will remain and will not be removed.
