Introduction
This article will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time.
Here's what to do
- Log in to your Nord Account.
- Click on the "billing" button located on the left side and select the "subscriptions" tab.
- Locate a subscription that you want to cancel, and click on the "cancel" button.
- Select the "cancel auto-renewal" to confirm.

Additional tips
Canceling your subscription does not automatically result in a refund. To request a refund, please first review our money-back policy and then contact our customer support team.
