How to cancel my subscription?

This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. To receive a refund, contact our customer support team (make sure to read our money-back policy beforehand). 

 

Follow the steps below to cancel your recurring subscription: 

 

  1. Log in to my.nordaccount.com page with your Nord Account.

  2. Open Billing section on the left and select Subscriptions tab. Locate a subscription that you want to cancel and select Manage.






  3. Now, click on Cancel. You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel automatic payments. Select Cancel auto-renewal to confirm.
