What is your money-back policy?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy for personal account customers: If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so by canceling the subscription within 30 days following the initial purchase of the selected NordPass plan. If you're a Business customer, please refer to money-back policy for Business customers.

 

Your refund will be paid the same way you made your payment unless both sides agree otherwise or applicable law prohibits it. 

 

Note: The policy applies to the initial purchase only. Once your subscription is renewed, it cannot be refunded unless applicable law provides otherwise.
