Do you keep user's account details?

NordPass keeps some of the information, that's required for the functionality of our service:

• User's email address - to send the latest NordPass news, and retrieve your password, for authentication while logging in to NordPass.
  
  
• Payment information - we store a transaction ID or order ID, in case of a refund request.
  
  

All this information can be deleted upon account removal. If you'd like to do so, contact our Customer Support team.
