NordPass Business provides eligible customers with the opportunity to sign a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") in line with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended ("HIPAA").
A BAA is available exclusively to customers who hold an active annual (or longer-term) subscription. Users with a monthly subscription plan are not eligible to receive a BAA.

Note: Until a BAA has been fully signed and executed between you and NordPass Business, you are not permitted to upload to, or use, NordPass Business for processing any electronic protected health information ("ePHI") governed by HIPAA. Furthermore, once a BAA is in effect, certain NordPass Business features or functionalities may be limited or restricted as specified in the relevant service documentation to maintain HIPAA compliance.
