How to enable autofill via subdomain?

Introduction

In this article, you will learn how to enable autofilling via a subdomain. A subdomain is a separate section of a website identified by a unique prefix added to the main domain name.

Here's what to do

For the browser extension:

1. Open NordPass extension and select the "Settings" button:
   
   
    
2. Next, select the “autofill and autosave controls center” option:
3. Afterwards, select the “autofill via subdomain” button:
4. A new window will open with a list of website domains from your password items:
   
   
    
5. Select the website domain for which you want to see subdomain-specific autofill suggestions and click the “Save” button.

For Android devices:

1. Open the NordPass app and go to the “Profile” (or “Menu” in older versions of the app):
   
   
    
2. Next, select the “autofill via subdomain” button.
3. A new window will open with a list of website domains from your password items.
4. Select the website domain for which you want to see subdomain-specific autofill suggestions:
   
   
    
5. Close the screen by navigating back or tapping the “X” button at the top left.
