This guide will explain how to transfer a NordPass Business subscription to another company by signing a Novation agreement - it's a legal contract that replaces one party in an existing contract with a new party.
Here's what to do
- Initiate the process by getting in touch with your support team via live chat or email. The support team will ask you for some additional information in order to proceed with the transfer.
- Next, our legal team will create a Novation agreement outlining the transfer of rights and responsibilities from the original customer to the new customer.
- Afterwards, all three parties must review, approve, and sign the Novation agreement.
