Account Recovery for Business users


If you have forgotten your Master Password and lost the Recovery Code there is an option to regain access to the business vault.


This can be done through the NordPass web version of Admin Panel.

 

To begin the recovery process via the Admin panel:

  • To start the recovery process first click “Forgot Recovery code?”;mceclip0.png

  • In the next step, confirm that you would like to send a request to your Organization Owner who will need to approve your account recovery;

  • Now, you will be able to create  a new Master Password and will be given a new Recovery Code;4_screen.png
  • After that, you will receive a four-digit confirmation code which you will need share with your Organization’s Owner in order to confirm the Recovery process;

  • Once Owner will check if your code matches and approves the recovery request, you will receive a confirmation via email. You can then log in to your NordPass account using the new Master Password.
