How to disable the Firefox password manager on Desktop?

Introduction

In this article, we will learn how to disable the Firefox password manager.

While NordPass will work right from the moment the extension is installed, if there are any passwords saved in the native Firefox password manager, those passwords will still be suggested.

Here's what to do

1. Open the Firefox browser.
2. Click the Firefox Menu in the toolbar.
3. Select “Settings”.
4. On the left, click on “Privacy & Security”.
5. Scroll until you see “Logins and Passwords”, and uncheck all the boxes.
