Introduction
This guide will show you how to switch your personal NordPass subscription to another plan.
Before you start
We recommend you cancel your existing subscription before it auto-renews to prevent unexpected charges once your current subscription period ends.
Here's what to do
- Log in to your Nord Account.
- Click on the "NordPass" button located on the left side.
- Next, click on the "Manage plan" button.
- Here, you can select a new subscription plan that better suits you.
Note: if you change from the Premium plan to the Family plan, your plan will be converted to the Family plan immediately for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your subscription to the Family plan will automatically renew on your next renewal date. Please be aware that the renewal price may differ from your initial purchase plan.
