Unauthorised use of Credit or Debit card

NordPass is a premier developer and publisher of password management software and services, with a subscription-based payment module. If you have unfamiliar charges from NordPass on your credit or debit card statement, contact NordPass's customer support by pressing the contact buttons at the bottom of this article.

 

To help identify the payment, provide these details:

  • First six digits of the card
  • Card's expiry date
  • Date of the transaction
  • Amount charged
  • Screenshot of the bank statement
