This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team.
In order to cancel your recurring subscription, head to Nord Account. There, you will find the section as depicted in the image below. Please make sure to follow the necessary steps as is instructed there until you get a confirmation that your auto-renewal has been canceled.
