How to cancel my subscription?

This tutorial will show you how to cancel a recurring subscription so that you are not charged automatically next time. But it will not show you how to get a refund for your payment. To receive a refund, contact our customer support team (make sure to read our money-back policy beforehand). 

 

Follow the steps below to cancel your recurring subscription: 

 

  1. Log in to my.nordaccount.com page with your Nord Account. 

  2. Open Billing section on the left and select Subscriptions tab. Locate a subscription that you want to cancel and select Manage

  3. You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel automatic payments. Select Cancel auto-renewal to confirm.
