Introduction
This article will show you how to redeem a free NordPass Premium subscription if you have an active NordPass Business or NordPass Enterprise subscription.
Note: You may only redeem a personal subscription if you do not currently have an active plan under your desired registration email address.
Here's what to do
- Create a free personal account using our step-by-step guide.
- Log in to your business account via the NordPass application or NordPass WebVault.
- Open settings by selecting the "Gear" icon located on the upper-left side.
- Scroll down to the account section and select the "Get NordPass Premium for free" button:
- Enter your personal email address and select the "Continue" button.
- In the pop-up window, enter the verification code you received in your email inbox and select the "Continue" button.
- Access your personal account by pressing the "Log in to your Personal Account" button.
- If you would like to unlink the account from your Business plan, go back to the account section, select the "Unlink Plan" button, and confirm your choice by selecting the "Unlink Plan" once more.
Additional tips
- If your business account gets removed from the organization, the Premium personal plan will also be removed.
- If you unlink the account from your Business plan, it will change back to the free subscription, and you will no longer be able to access your attachments unless you purchase a Premium subscription.
