How to Change MSP Owner

The MSP Owner can only transfer their owner rights to another MSP Admin. We strongly recommend promoting additional members to the MSP Admin role in case the original MSP Owner loses access to the MSP panel.

Transferring MSP Ownership

In order to transfer ownership of the MSP account, navigate to members page, and select Transfer Ownership.

Select the MSP Admin that should receive MSP Owner rights and confirm changes.

The selected MSP Admin will become the new MSP Owner, and the original MSP Owner will automatically be demoted to MSP Admin.

In case the original MSP Owner cannot access their account and make the transfer, please contact our Support.
