Introduction
This article will show you how to enable Sharing, which allows members to share "Shared Folders", items within, or outside the organization, based on the options enabled.
Before you start
NordPass currently allows three types of sharing:

Shared Folders sharing - Members can share their "Shared Folders".
Note: This feature is only available for our business and enterprise plans.
- Item sharing - Members will be able to share their individual items.
- External sharing - Members will be able to share their items outside of the organization.
Note: The external sharing setting is disabled by default, and sharing is allowed between organization members only.
Here's what to do
- Log in to NordPass Admin Panel.
- Click on the “Policies” option, located on the left side.
Note: Policies can be set up and adjusted at any time in the administration panel by organization admins and owners.
- In the policies section, press the “Sharing settings” button
- Here, you will be able to enable which sharing mode you want to be allowed:
Everyone - means all organization members, including future users, must comply with the policy:- You can also customize the sharing method by switching the toggle button for owners, admins, and users:

Additional tips
- Roles, which means that users belonging to only a selected role must comply with the policy. As soon as a user is assigned a certain role, role policies are applied.
- Keep in mind that these settings do not impact the Sharing Hub.
