How to use NordPass password history feature

Introduction

This guide will show you how to view your password history, restore previous password versions, and see when changes were made to it in NordPass.

Note: This feature is not available for shared items.

Here's what to do 

1. Log in to your NordPass application, NordPass browser extension, or WebVault.
2. Click the three dots icon next to a Password item you want to view and select the "Password History" option.
3. Alternatively, you can click on your desired Password item, select the “More” option, scroll down, and click on the “Password history” button.
4. This will lead you to your item's password history, where you will be able to view up to 10 of the latest passwords, restore the previous password version, or copy the password. 

Additional Tips

• Password history is not available in offline mode.
• Only the item’s owner can see the password’s history.
• If you automatically generated a password but haven’t been able to autosave the new item in your NordPass, you can always find that password in the Password Generator history and then create the item manually.
• Password history is not available with shared items.
