Due to the different ways that websites are built, sometimes password managers don't recognize login fields correctly and the autofill feature doesn't work. You can report such websites where the NordPass browser extension is not working by following the steps in this guide.
This feature is not available on Safari.
Before reporting, please make sure that NordPass autofill is working and it is failing only on a specific website. If you see a black icon on the NordPass extension icon then it means that your extension is locked. Try clicking on it to unlock NordPass.
- Right-click in the login field where autofill is not suggested or wrong information is filled.
- Move your mouse cursor to 'Nordpass'.
- Click 'Report problem'.
- You will see a pop-up thanking you for reporting a problem.
- Your report will be sent to our NordPass development team.
