How to use MSP Activity log

Introduction

The MSP Activity Log provides MSP Owners and MSP Admins with full visibility into actions taken within the MSP Admin Panel, helping you detect unauthorized activity, meet audit requirements, and integrate log data with external tools.

What's logged

Every log entry includes a timestamp, the action initiator, and the user's IP address. Logs are organized into six categories:

  • MSP Access - account creation, login attempts, password, and 2FA changes
  • MSP User Management - invites, role changes, suspensions, ownership transfers
  • Organization Management - creating, deploying, terminating, renaming, or suspending organizations
  • Integrations -  integration setup, edits, disconnections, and sync events
  • Billing - adding or changing billing details and credit cards
  • Settings - changes to global MSP settings

Note: You can filter logs by MSP member email, organization, date range (up to 90 days), and log category. The default view shows the last 30 days.
