How to autosave credentials on iOS

Introduction

This guide will explain how to use the NordPass Autosave feature on your iOS device to securely save your login credentials so your password can be automatically filled in the next time you need it.

 

Before you start

To make sure everything works properly, please use iOS 26.2 version or later.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Open your chosen website or application and log in/sign up manually or using a generated password.
  2. Once the "Save Password?" pop-up message appears, tap on the "Save" button.
  3. If your NordPass Vault is locked, unlock it.
  4. Afterward, enter the password information and tap on the "Save" button to save the credentials.

 

Additional Tips

  • If you wish to autoupdate the item, log in using the autosaved credentials, tap on the "Update" button, enter the new information, and tap on the "Save" button. The NordPass will create a duplicate item with your latest information.
