Getting started with NordPass for business

Introduction

This guide will provide detailed instructions on how to set up your NordPass Business account after purchasing our plan or starting a free trial.

 

Here's what to do

  1. After selecting a trial in the pricing page, enter your full name, work email, and select the "Continue" button.
  2. Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your email, and select the "Verify" button.
  3. Enter your organization's name, choose where the servers storing your data will be located (the United States or the European Union), and select the "Continue" button.
  4. Afterward, select your country, company size, and click on the "Submit" button.
  5. If you have purchased a full subscription instead of the trial, open an email from us, select the "Create Account" button, and proceed to the following steps.
  6. Next, enter your preferred account password according to our specifications, and click on the "Continue to Master Password" button.

    Note: This password will be used to log in to your NordPass account.
     
  7. Create your Master Password according to our specifications, and select the "Create your Master Password" button.

    Note: The Master Password will be used to unlock and decrypt your organization's data.
     
  8. Once the pop-up message appears, select the " Download and Continue" button to download your Recovery Code.

    Note: The Recovery code is the only way to access NordPass if you have forgotten the Master Password; therefore, we recommend saving it somewhere safe - cloud storage, flash drive, or an encrypted device.
