Introduction
This guide will show you how to change your NordPass Business subscription payment method.
Here's what to do
- Log in to the NordPass Business admin panel as the organization Owner or Admin.
- Next, select the "Billing" button located on the lower-left side.
- Locate the payment method and select the "Change" button next to it.
- Enter the new payment method's information and click on the "Continue" button.
- If your previous payment method has expired or is no longer valid, complete the payment to verify the new one.
Note: This payment is for authorization only - the funds will be returned to your account shortly after.
- Once you've completed these steps, your payment method will be successfully updated, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Additional Tips
- The auto-renewal will be automatically enabled unless it is cancelled before the next renewal date.
- The payment method change will appear in your Activity log.
- The payment method change is mandatory if the current one has expired or is no longer valid.
