How to change the payment method for NordPass

Introduction

This guide will show you how to change your NordPass Business subscription payment method.

 

Here's what to do 

  1. Log in to the NordPass Business admin panel as the organization Owner or Admin.
  2. Next, select the "Billing" button located on the lower-left side.
  3. Locate the payment method and select the "Change" button next to it.
  4. Enter the new payment method's information and click on the "Continue" button.
  5. If your previous payment method has expired or is no longer valid, complete the payment to verify the new one.

    Note: This payment is for authorization only - the funds will be returned to your account shortly after.
     
  6. Once you've completed these steps, your payment method will be successfully updated, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Additional Tips

  • The auto-renewal will be automatically enabled unless it is cancelled before the next renewal date.
  • The payment method change will appear in your Activity log.
  • The payment method change is mandatory if the current one has expired or is no longer valid.
