If you get any errors while trying to log in or any issues occur, you can send the application logs to our customer support. Here are the instructions on how to do it:
- Launch the NordPass application and go to the Menu section;
- Tap on the Help section:
- Tap on the Share logs button and then a window will pop up where you can choose your way of sharing the file. Choose your wanted email provider and send it to the email@example.com email address. Please make sure to specify what exact issue do you experience and on what exact day did the issue started to occur.
