If you get any errors while trying to log in or any issues occur, you can send the application logs to firstname.lastname@example.org. Here are the instructions on how to do it:
- Launch the NordPass application and go to the Menu section:
- Tap on the Help section:
- Tap on the Share logs button and then a window will pop up where you can choose your way of sharing the file. Choose your wanted email provider and sent it to email@example.com email address. In the email, please be as specific as possible on what issues occur and what steps you have already taken.
