How to get application logs on Android

If you get any errors while trying to log in or any issues occur, you can send the application logs to support@nordpass.com. Here are the instructions on how to do it:

  • Launch the NordPass application and go to the Menu section;
  • Tap on the Help section:

  • Tap on the Share logs button and then a window will pop up where you can choose your way of sharing the file. Choose your wanted email provider and send it to the support@nordpass.com email address. In the email, please be as specific as possible on what issues occur and what steps you have already taken.
