How to get application logs on iOS

To generate the NordPass app logs on your iOS device, follow these steps:

  • Open your NordPass application (you don't need to log in to generate logs). 

  • Shake your device. Once a message saying 'Logs generated' pops up, tap Share.




  • Then, either choose 'Mail' to instantly create an e-mail or Copy the logs.




  • Finally, if you have copied the logs, paste them into an e-mail. Send the logs to the email address. Please make sure to specify what exact issue you experience and on what exact day the issue started to occur.
