To generate the NordPass app logs on your iOS device, follow these steps:
- Open the application (any section of the app).
- Shake your device. A message saying 'Logs generated' should pop up click Share.
- Then, either choose 'Mail' to instantly create an e-mail or Copy the logs.
- Finally, if you have copied the logs, paste them in an e-mail. Send the logs to the support@nordpass.com email address. Please make sure to specify what exact issue do you experience and on what exact day did the issue started to occur.
