Changing registered email address

In order to change your NordPass account's registered email address, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please note, that changing your registered email, requires the confirmation of your identity and you may need to pass through a couple of account verification steps. If you have any active Nord services (NordPass, NordVPN, or NordLocker), you will be required to provide some information regarding the latest payment of our services.

Please note, that changing your registered email address for NordPass will change it for other Nord services as well.
