How to change NordPass registered email address

Introduction

This guide will explain how to change your NordPass-registered email address. 

Note: If you change your registration email for NordPass, your email for NordAccount, and other Nord services that you use, if any, will be changed too.

 

Here's what to do

Personal Account

  1. Log in to your Nord Account.
  2. Click on the "Manage account" button, located on the right side.
  3. Next, click on the "Change email" button, located under the "Account details" section.
  4. Check your current email inbox for the verification code, and enter it into the prompt on the Nord Account page.

    NOTE: If you do not receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder
     
  5. Enter your new desired email address for the account, and click on the "Send verification link" button.
  6. Open the inbox of your desired email address, locate the confirmation message, and click on the "Confirm email" button.
  7. Double-check if everything is correct and click "Yes, change email" on the confirmation page.
  8. After completing these steps, your NordPass email address will be succesfully updated.

 

Business Account

  1. Open the NordPas contact form and click on the "Business Account" button.

    Note: If you change your registration email for NordPass, your email for NordAccount, and other Nord services that you use, if any, will be changed too.
     
  2. Fill in the fields below. This information is required to make sure that no one makes unauthorized changes to your account:
    • Your contact email address.
    • Subject.
    • Select that you are using an active NordPass business subscription or NordPass business trial subscription.
    • Select your request to be "Change my email address".
    • Optionally, choose where your organization's data center was created (The United States or the European Union).
    • Optionally, enter your NordPass organization's title.
    • Description for additional context.
       
  3. Next, select the "Submit" button to complete the account email change request.

    Note: You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please confirm your request when it arrives, as we won't be able to proceed without your confirmation.
