How to export passwords from Brave to NordPass?

This article will show you how to export passwords from Brave and import them to NordPass.

 

Here's what to do

To export your saved passwords from the Brave browser, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Brave, click on the three bars top-right, and select "Settings".
  2. Open the "Autofill and passwords" tab and select "Password Manager". 
  3. Open "Settings" and select "Download File".
  4. Enter your device's password to export the passwords.
  5. Save the .CSV file to your device. 
  6. To import your saved passwords to NordPass, follow our guide.

 

Additional tips

    • Never send your exported password file over email or untrusted channels.
    • Consider deleting your passwords from Brave afterward to avoid having your credentials stored in multiple places.
