How to get application logs on Linux

If you cannot access your vault or get any error while trying to log in, you can send the application logs to Here are the instructions on how to find it:

  1. Press CTRL+ALT+T (it will open terminal);
  2. Write down this command:
    cd ~/snap/nordpass/current/.config/NordPass/logs/
  3. Log a file that you want to open (it will be called log_{date}.log, prod-{date}.log and prod-u-{date}.log);
  4. Save log files where you can easily find it and contact the Customer Success team describing the issue you are having.
