How to get connection logs on Windows

If you cannot access your vault or get any error while trying to log in, you can send application logs to support@nordpass.com. Here are instructions below on how to do it:

  1. Press Win Key + R;
  2. Write down %appdata% into the field and click OK;
  3. Locate and open NordPass folder.

You will find logs folder, open it and send the files to the Customer Success team describing the issue you are having.
