Problem
When signing up for the NordPass service, you do not receive your activation code to the same email address.
Common symptoms
- The code does not show up in your inbox.
- Re-sending the code does not work.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the email address you provide is valid and can be accessed by you.
Wait for around 10 minutes after signing up for your email to arrive.
Check the junk, spam, promotions, and other sections of your email account. Activation emails are sent to many users, so they might be flagged for spam.
