What if I didn’t receive an activation email?

Problem

When signing up for the NordPass service, you do not receive your activation code to the same email address.

 

Common symptoms

  • The code does not show up in your inbox.
  • Re-sending the code does not work.

 

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure that the email address you provide is valid and can be accessed by you.
  • Wait for around 10 minutes after signing up for your email to arrive.

  • Check the junk, spam, promotions, and other sections of your email account. Activation emails are sent to many users, so they might be flagged for spam.
