How to export passwords from Chrome to NordPass?

This article will show you how to export passwords from Google Chrome and import them to NordPass.

 

Here's what to do

To export your saved passwords from the Google Chrome browser, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Google Chrome, click on the three dots top-right, and select "Settings".
  2. Open the "Autofill and passwords" tab and select "Google Password Manager".
  3. Open "Settings", scroll to export password, and select "Download File".
  4. Enter your device's password to export the passwords.
  5. Save the .CSV file to your device.

Additional tips

  • Never send your exported password file over email or untrusted channels.
  • Consider deleting your passwords from Chrome afterward to avoid having your credentials stored in multiple places.
