Unfortunately, if you’ve forgotten your Master Password and lost the Recovery Code, there is no way to recover your account or the items stored within your vault. The only option is to reset your NordPass account and recreate your password vault from scratch. NordPass has no knowledge of your Master Password, Recovery code or any of items saved in your vault, as we operate in a zero-knowledge architecture basis.
If you are sure that you will never remember your Master Password and also lost the Recovery Code, please contact email@example.com to reset your NordPass account. Please note that resetting NordPass will delete your vaults, items, and settings.
