If you wish to cancel your recurring NordPass Business subscription so that it does not renew at the subsequent billing date, please contact our customer support team by pressing the contact buttons at the bottom of this article.
The subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to NordPass Business through the end of your current subscription period. You can find more information in our Terms of Service.
After your subscription expires, you will have a 7-day grace period. During this time, you and your users will still have access to stored data, and you will be able to resubscribe if you change your mind.
