Group provisioning setup with Docker

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up group provisioning in the NordPass Admin Panel with Docker.

To set up Group Provisioning, user provisioning should be already active. After User Provisioning is enabled, the Encryption service needs to be deployed. Encryption service provides the possibility for NordPass to keep the zero-knowledge architecture.

  1. Go to NordPass Business Admin Panel and log in.

  2. Go to SettingsUsers & Group Provisioning and select the needed IdP provider. If you didn’t set up User Provisioning previously, choose the guide here for the selected IdP.

  3. Select Create Configuration.

  12. Follow all the steps from the instructions in the computer terminal. Now your Encryption server will be running on the cloud. This is important because, for the group provisioning to work properly, the Encryption service should be running all the time.

  13. After deployment is successful group provisioning is enabled. The group provisioning status is changed to Active in the NordPass Business Admin Panel.
