Group provisioning setup with AWS Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up group provisioning in the NordPass Admin Panel with AWS. To set up Group Provisioning, user provisioning should be already active. After User Provisioning is enabled, the Encryption service needs to be deployed. Encryption service provides the possibility for NordPass to keep the zero-knowledge architecture. Go to NordPass Business Admin Panel and log in. Go to Settings → Users & Group Provisioning and select the needed IdP provider. If you didn’t set up User Provisioning previously, choose the guide here for the selected IdP. Select Create Configuration. Select the cloud provider for the Encryption Service deployment. You will receive the configuration. Save it for now. Go to Amazon Web Services - AWS and log in. Open Services → Elastic Container Services. Open Task definitions. Select Create new task definition → Create new task definition with JSON. To the opened tab enter configuration saved from the NordPass Admin Panel. Click Create. Go to Clusters from the side menu and click on Create cluster. You will need to give the name to the cluster, we are suggesting NordPass. Open the cluster you just created and go to the Services tab. Click on Create. Select a Family name and enter a Service name, we suggest using NordPass-Group-Provisioning. Click on Create and the deployment process will start. After deployment is finished service status should be changed to active. After the service is active in AWS, the group provisioning status is changed to active in the NordPass Business Admin Panel.
