How to export passwords from Proton Pass to NordPass?

Introduction

This article will show you how to export passwords from Proton Pass and import them to NordPass.
 

Here's what to do 

  1. Launch the Proton Pass web extension.
  2. Open the dropdown menu in the top-left.
  3. Open “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to the “Export” tab and select “Export”
    Note:  Ensure the Proton Pass export file is not encrypted.

 

Additional tips

  • Never send your exported password file over email or untrusted channels.
  • Consider deleting your passwords from Proton Pass afterward to avoid having your credentials stored in multiple places.
