How to keep extensions unlocked for organisation members

Introduction

This guide will show you how to configure the NordPass feature that allows your organization's members to keep the browser extension unlocked.

 

Here's what to do

  1. Log in to NordPass Admin Panel as an organization's Owner or Admin.
  2. Click on the "Authentication" button on the left side, scroll down, and select the "Autolock" button.
  3. Choose whether you would like to apply the policy to everyone, owners, admins, or users only.
  4. Select the option of duration you want for the extension to stay unlocked from the dropdown menu.
  5. Afterwards, select the "Yes, I understand the risk" button.
  6. If you have selected the “Never” option in the dropdown menu, head to the "Authentication" section, and click the "Allow browser extension to stay unlocked" button.
  7. Select which individual members have this policy applied to them at the bottom of the page.
  8. Once this feature is enabled in the Admin Panel Settings, your organization's members can enable it in the extension's unlock screen by checking the "Keep extension unlocked" box.
