Add Custom Fields to your items Custom fields are additional fields that can be added to your items: passwords, personal info, credit cards, and notes. The fields that you add will be auto-filled by NordPass. Currently, Custom Fields can be used in NordPass Android and desktop applications. Add a custom field to the item Follow the steps below to add custom fields to your items on the NordPass Android app: A custom field can be added while creating a new item or editing an existing one. To create a new item, tap the + icon and select the item's type. To edit your item, tap the three dots icon next to the item and select Edit. Tap Add Field button. Choose field type. The Hidden Text option means that the text of the custom field will be hidden by default in NordPass, and you will have to tap the View icon to see it. Enter the field name and tap Save. Try using a field name as close to what you see on the website or app field. After the new field is saved, you can type in the text by tapping on it. In the case of Date field, you can select the value from a Date Picker. Save the item in NordPass. Edit and delete custom fieldsYou can edit the field's name and type or delete it by following the steps below: Tap the three dots icon next to the custom field. Choose the preferred action. Save the item in NordPass to confirm changes. While we cannot auto-fill custom fields on iOS, it can be auto-filled on Desktop or Android app as the item details sync between devices. After the new field is saved, you can type in the text by tapping on it. Save the item in NordPass. Save the item in NordPass to confirm changes. Add a custom field to the item NordPass will automatically save the custom fields for you if the website that you are logging in to is using them. An autosave pop-up will appear in the browser, asking you to save a new item in NordPass or update the current one with the custom field.
