Send feedback to NordPass on desktop device

Let us know about your experience with NordPass using the anonymous feedback tool. You can share your positive feedback or report an issue with the application and its tools that might need improvement from our side. 

How to send feedback?


  1. While using NordPass suggestion to log in to a website, select the three dots button at the top.

  2. Select Feedback and choose a relevant topic from the list.

How to send feedback if there is no NordPass icon?


If the NordPass icon does not show up in the login field on a particular website, you can still use the feedback tool to report an issue with that website. Use the feedback tool from any website, choose "No NordPass icons appear on screen" and at the end of the report choose “Issue happens on another website”.


Please note that your feedback will help us fix general technical issues and improve our services. However, keep in mind that submission does not guarantee that the problem you are encountering will be solved instantly.
