Attach files to NordPass items File Attachments is a NordPass Premium feature that lets you securely attach all types of files (including photos and documents) to your saved passwords, secure notes, personal info, credit cards, or passkeys. This allows you to store files in your encrypted NordPass vault, keeping them safe and easily accessible whenever you need them.Here's some important information about adding files to NordPass: The File Attachments feature is exclusive to personal Premium and Family plans — it is NOT available for NordPass Teams, Business, and Enterprise customers. The maximum file size for upload is 50 MB. Up to 50 attached files per item. Each NordPass Premium user gets 3 GB of storage. You can upload any type of file. You need to be online to attach or download files. The images attached can be viewed directly in NordPass. For other file types, you'll need to download them first and open them using the appropriate software. Files can be uploaded and attached one at a time. You cannot share items with attached files nor can you add files to a shared item. Note: When your subscription expires, all attached files remain accessible and can be downloaded. However, in the Free version, you won't be able to upload any new files. Add file attachments to your NordPass items Open NordPass and click the item to which you want to add an attachment. Select the Attach File button.Alternatively, you can attach a file from the items list. Click the three dots icon next to the item and select Attach File. An upload window will appear. Select a file from your device that you want to attach. Please note that you can upload just one file at a time. Wait for the upload to complete. Download file attachments from NordPass to your device Open NordPass and click on the item with attachments. Scroll down to Attached Files and select the Download button. Then choose a location on your device where you want to save the file. Delete file attachments from NordPass When an item is moved to the trash, all its attachments are also moved with it. You can then choose to restore or permanently delete both the file attachments and the rest of the item's information. To permanently remove a file attachment from your NordPass item, follow these steps: Open NordPass and open the item with attachments. Click the Delete button. The file will be permanently deleted right away. Select Delete to confirm. Add file attachments to your NordPass items Open NordPass and open the item to which you want to add an attachment. Tap the Attach File button. Select a file you want to attach. Please note, that you might be required to provide NordPass with access to your photos or camera first. Wait for the upload to complete. If the upload is successful, your attached file will appear under the Attachments section on iOS or Attached files on Android. Download files from NordPass to your device Open NordPass and tap an item with attachments. Tap the Download button and select the location where you want to save the file on your device.
